They are currently recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Executive Chef for the opening of the latest site in Philadelphia representing an amazing opportunity for an Experienced and passionate Head Chef with a proven background in high end quality volume gastro pub cuisine to also experience a fantastic change of lifestyle

Role

As the Executive Head Chef, the responsibilities and key functions will include:

Managing the opening of this new restaurant and ensuring consistency is maintained
Managing, motivating, rostering, minimizing wage costs whilst ensuring adequate staff to get the job done and maintain standards
Menu costing and maximizing GPs
All H&S and food hygiene issues: Compliance with all statutory requirements and record keeping
Training: ensuring all staff are fully equipped to perform their required tasks efficiently, to the required standard and safety,

This position requires considerable energy and passion for delivering great food.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary: 60 k per annum plus achievable structured bonus
